This blog has really helped me be more confident in my writing. I have an English class this quarter, and it requires a lot of writing. We had a quiz in class the other day, and we had to write a short essay about a short story we read. The following class period, she chose mine to read aloud to the whole class. I was a bit embarrassed, but no one knew it was mine. Needless to say, I got a check plus and nailed the writing assignment. I never thought I could do this well in school. Why did it take so long for me to have the confidence that I can do it? I would be done by now if I had realized this a whole ago. But I'm just thankful I have realized I can do this, I can do good in school, I can be a smart, educated woman! Thanks to everyone who has helped me along the way, and encouraged me to keep going! I love you all!!

Soo, I'm feeling pretty damn good right now! One of the hardest teachers at East Bay, is probably one of my favorite teachers. At the end of the quarter he gives a 20 point extra credit assignment, meaning he doesnt curve the grades at all. This teacher is a really hard grader, so much so that everyone hates him for it and refuses to take him... well guess what bitches.. I got an 18 out of 20.. best score for the whole fucking class :D I couldnt be happier right now, now all i need is a 31/50 on my final case.. and I get a B in his class.. ahh I can totally do this!!

I feel like because i dont have a facebook, i am non existant to people anymore. Why do i have to feed into this social networking bullshit to feel a connection with people that are my "friends"?? What because you cant just post on my wall youre not gonna acknowledge me in real life? I dont give a shit what people eat, what people are sad about, take your problems and deal with them, dont post them for the world to see. Jesus, people need to step outside of technology and realize what life really has to offer. Write things down on paper, pick up a book and read, get out of the house and feel some damn sunshine on your face. That vitamin D is really good for you! Its sad that because I dont have a facebook, its impossible for me to keep up with people..
